What does Pay-As-You-Go cover?
With general liability insurance coverage, your business is protected from claims by your client of property damage and bodily injury. This can cover medical and legal expenses in the event of a claim. It may also cover you if you are held liable for damages to your landlord’s property.
Liability insurance can also cover you against claims of advertising injury in the event your company’s marketing violates someone’s copyright.
What’s not covered?
General liability insurance typically doesn’t cover employee injuries, auto accidents, punitive damages (in most states), workmanship, intentional acts or professional mistakes.
